This exceptional villa, built in 2022, combines all the advantages of modern villas, while avoiding their disadvantages. Located in a private and intimate domain of only three villas, KM 10 from the Ourika road, it is only 15 minutes from the center of Marrakech, on the Hivernage side. It has 5 superb bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering absolute calm for a relaxing stay. The bedding is of remarkable quality and the percale linen is as soft as silk. Each room is equipped with a large screen SMART TV, and the villa benefits from optical fiber with a high-speed internet connection. The swimming pool can be heated in winter for optimal comfort. The entire villa is on one level, but it also has a magnificent panoramic terrace reserved for adults, offering a breathtaking view. The private domain is secure 24/7, guaranteeing absolute tranquility. It is important to note that the villa does not allow events or external visits without prior agreement with an agency manager or your concierge.

Comfort Option
The cook and housekeeper’s service is also €110/day, but we can take care of the shopping for you, with a supply fee of €85 per basket. You pay the exact amount of the groceries upon presentation of the receipt

Freedom Option
This option includes the kitchen staff, and you simply pay a price per meal and per person
