The villa Nouma is a sumptuous contemporary house located in the heart of the private and secure domain of Amelkis in Marrakech, just 500 meters from the club-house. This carefully decorated architect’s house offers a 180° view of the Atlas mountains and the golf course’s green 6 hole. It has six spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, a dressing room, a TV and a private terrace overlooking the golf or the garden. The sixth room of 45 m2 is designed to accommodate up to six people with single beds. Inside, the villa offers a double living room with fireplace, a cozy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a wellness area including a private spa with hammam, sauna, massage room, heated indoor pool and fitness room. For moments of relaxation, a private cinema with a bar is also available. Outside, you will enjoy a large shaded terrace with misters, two swimming pools (one of which is suitable for children) and a landscaped garden with a petanque court.
