Located in the north of the island in the Roches Noires district, Villa Anna is a pearl set on the water, on a rocky plateau of 3100 m2 100 m from the shore, facing northwest and back to the prevailing winds. It is accessed by a pontoon made of rock and wood which gives it an isolated side to play Robinson Crusoe while also being close to the main attractions of the island, including Round Island, and Snake Island and only 15 km from Grand Bay and 25 km from Port Louis.
